We respect the privacy of all clients and borrowers both past and present (collectively termed “customers” per regulatory guidelines). It is recognized that you have entrusted our firm with non-public personal information, and it is important that both access persons and customers are aware of firm policy concerning what may be done with that information.
The firm collects personal information about customers from the following sources:
• Information customers provide to complete their repossession and/or redemption of their vehicles.
• Information customers provide in contract agreements and other documents completed in connection with the repossession, redemption and/or transportation of a vehicle.
• Information customers provide verbally; and
·Information received from service providers, such as forwarders and/or lienholders, about customers’ transactions.
·Phone numbers collected for SMS consent will not be shared with affiliates or 3rd parties for marketing purposes. (SMS opt-in or phone numbers for the purpose of SMS are not being shared).
The firm does not disclose non-public personal information about our customers to anyone, except in the following circumstances:
• When required to provide services, our customers have requested.
• When our customers have specifically authorized us to do so.
• When required during a firm assessment (i.e., independent audit); or
• When permitted or required by law (i.e., periodic regulatory examination).
To ensure security and confidentiality, the firm maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the privacy of customer information. Within the firm, access to customer information is restricted to personnel that need to know that information. All access persons and service providers understand that everything handled in firm offices is confidential and they are instructed not to discuss customer information with someone else that may request information about an account unless they are specifically authorized in writing by the customer to do so. This includes providing information about a family member.
Simon Says Services and Simon Says Repossession will provide its customers with its privacy policy on an annual basis and at any time, in advance, if our privacy policy is expected to change.

1. Consent for SMS Communication: The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
2. Types of SMS Communications: If you have consented to receive text messages from Simon Says Services you may receive messages related to the following :

Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 1 SMS message per day regarding your repossesion.

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
